I love this massager, good supplementary self care for a massage therapist who can't get my share of massage. The heat feature is nice but BEWARE, it advises not to use heat for more than 15 minutes, YOU CAN GET BURNED! I did...I decided to keep restarting it and fell asleep on it, with no shirt/barrier between my skin and the massager (my foolish mistake, I know, and now I know better) . Day later I felt a tender spot on my back. The next day I accidentally popped the burn blister I didn't know I had. It doesn't seem to get that hot so use caution because one can get burned if you do silly things like I did. Otherwise it's just fine and good for working deep in sore spots.

Working long hours on the computer gets me tensed up at times especially on the upper part of my back. Just attach this massager to the top of your office or other chair, push the bottom and you will begin to enjoy this robot of a massager. Great for either your upper back like me or your lower back. I've never tried it lying down as this massager is pretty intense so place it where you are in control of the position and your tense muscle pain will go away.

This massager works very well. After 4.5 years of use it is still going strong, but the faux leather cover has started to peel and rip. I was pretty upset because the massager still workes and I didn't want to throw it away just because of the cover. Luckily, I went back and read reviews people had left on and learned I could contact customer support for a new cover. It arrived today and was very easy to replace. I am amazed at the customer service and am so happy that the company is willing to help their products last as long as they can. TEN STARS

This is one of the best investments you can make. It comes with 4 different settings and has heat. The pressure is rough so don’t purchase if your looking for something light. It moves in different directions and has the ability to be placed anywhere on your body. It has no noise and runs for 15 minutes at a time!

I use it every couple days and I’m very happy I purchased it. I gave it 4 stars because it’s chunkier than I expected and when the kneaders switch directions the pause is longer than I want. I like that it has the auto-stop. It can get hot.

For the size and price, this little thing works pretty well. It’s very strong. So you can’t put too much weight against it. But it does a surprisingly good job on the tops of the shoulders.
